My specialty is to develop specific projects from the early stage of initial concept and strategic briefing to full engineering, and construction.

My portfolio includes corporate workplace projects, hotels and resorts with restaurants, spa and external amenities, industrial warehouses and laboratories, courthouse, building complexes for religious cults, as well as large and small residential projects.  I have been involved as a consultant in the development of master plans.
I have spoken at architectural conferences and published articles on the protagonists of contemporary architecture and urban development in national periodicals and journals.
I was educated in the eighties and nineties following the course of the masters of the Roman school of architecture (Dardi, Aymonino, Portoghesi, Lambertucci), playing the practicum at the studios of Prof. Elio Piroddi and Arch. Bertini Malgarini and deepening the historical and methodological with the leading masters Professors Ray, Bonito Oliva, and Manieri Elia.
I’ have carried out study tours in France, Belgium, Spain, Hungary, the United States, the Middle East, North Africa and the United Kingdom, and studies in Economics, Law, Mathematics and English at the University LUISS.  To pay University fees I have widened the field to the film set in collaboration with the David di Donatello awards production designers G.Burchiellaro and M.Dentici in the production of several films and collaborated with the American Academy Award winners Dean Tavoularis (the Godfather Part III by F. Coppola), Bruno Cesari, and Alan Starsky and creating scenes of numerous advertising films in the nineties.

Construction Supervision.
The projects scope involves engineering consultancy services of design review and construction supervision of some 600 sites across Saudi Arabia (master plan and buildings).
As Technical Office Manager I hold the responsibility for and management of all design reviews, processes, and procedures. This is a multi-disciplinary role, which enables me to work closely with architects, engineers, interior designers and project managers as well as clients and independent consultant. I manage and lead a multi-disciplinary engineering and design review team for project construction. Coordinate and liaise with stake holders on all projects related budgets, managerial & design review decisions during the project's life cycle.
As part of the senior management team, I hold the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Program Director and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the client expectations.

New Justice Palace Palace – Kuwait City: This is an iconic 48-storey development complex with two towers, 200,000 square meters internal surfaces. Client is Ministry of Public Works and end user is Ministry of Justice.
The New Islamic Centre, Al Jaber City, Kuwait: This mixed use development is considered a landmark project in Kuwait and includes one of largest Mosque in Middle East for 10.000 prayers and six service buildings (Seraj al Moneer, Kuram Al Kareem, Library, Family building, Administration, Amiri Diwanya, for 30,000 square meters gross area). Client is the National Housing Authority for Public Welfare.

For Lorenzo Bellini Associates Luca managed Interior Design of two Hotels on construction in the UAE (Al Ain and Fujairah) to be operated by Millennium Copthorne and a technical due diligence over a large luxury beach resort on completion in Sardegna island (Italy) named Grande Baia and operated by THC. Luca managed two large hospitality and mixed - use projects on development in Libya (Tripoli and Benghazi). Unfortunately due to the incoming civil war in Libya those projects were putted on hold during Feb. 2011.

The Company’s upcoming boutique hotel, The Oberoi Resort at Al Khiran, is another project which has also received recognition. The unique 82 key resort was given the “Cityscape Award” for Architecture in Emerging Markets in the Leisure Future category. The Oberoi Resort is an exclusive 5 stars resort development in the stunning harbor of Al Khiran.
