Luca Tentellini was Responsible for managing budgets of construction projects and ensuring compliance with regulatory require- ments and highest quality standards. Controlled and managed overhead and project budget costs; approved selection of subcontrac- tors, systems and materials decisions.

• Performed cost accounting and administrative tasks ensuring peak profit performance.

• Managed the Design & Built process of the 8.800 square meters new buildings in Rome: Class A directional scheme with 5-

  storey offices, meetings areas, mess - cafeteria, convention centre, gardens, parking areas, warehouses. Realized and

  delivered in March 2003 with 31.5 Million Euro budget.
