Edilmonte is a Real Estate Developer based in Italy (Rome) with main operations in Hotels Industry.
Main Responsibilities:
Mission: to bring 4-star hotel project to completion (new Hilton Hotel). Luca was responsible for the execution of the project in terms of the main contractual obligations (Architecture, Project Management, Site Supervision, and Technical Coordination).
The project is a Master Plan which includes infrastructures & roads civil works, landscape, and a 4 star Hotel & Resort with 306 bays, convention centre, spa and various amenities just commissioned and now entering in final FF & E phase. An agreement with Hilton Worldwide has been signed to operate the hotel. Soft opening is scheduled for December 2011. Budget approximately Euro 100 Million.
