A wallpaper based on a three-dimensional construct created with an abstract and figural form is placed over the site, which then controls where dwellings are placed and oriented. Units are connected through the figural form with the placement of outdoor decks that hold circulation cores as well as green spaces. The remainder of the site is filled with green space that is interrupted by the same figural form. To encourage more street art in its site, Frogtown, the units have a blank wall on the exterior to allow wall art. Tall curtains that extend from the ceiling to the ground represent entryways. Shorter curtains serve as privacy for relaxation spaces. The figural objects are used as sleeping pods.
