On the territory with an area of 10 ha, it is proposed to organize a residential complex in the Podolsk district of Kiev. The concept provides preservation of the unique natural characteristics of the old Kiev. The key of landscape organization remains the lake. Future complex is divided into 7 phases of construction, six of which are gated residence, and one has an open access with social and commercial infrastructure.
