Reconstructed building is situated in the historic center and is surrounded by objects, each of which plays a special role in the formation of one of the central squares of the capital. The reconstruction project of "Fashion House" includes the following solutions: organization of commercial space with a single atrium; building new stories fifth and sixth for restaurant complex; arranging the shopping gallery and underground parking.
