Firstly, I have strong academic background in Architecture. During my university studies, I was trained in Projects Design, Master Planning, Project Management and Drawing. In addition, I regularly participated in Architecture competitions and conferences during and after my studies.
Secondly, I have more than 15 years of work experience in the field of architecture and construction project management. I have developed my professional expertise through working for leading foreign and Ukrainian architectural companies (including Chapman Taylors, UTG, Urban experts). During that time, I was involved in managing projects of various spheres ranging from public buildings, churches, kindergartens, to commercial, office and residential constructions (in Ukraine, Russia, and Greece).
Thirdly, I have acted as both architect and project manager. As architect, I have implemented all stages of design, such as development of concepts, schematic design and detailed design. In addition to this, I have gained excellent skills in managing projects: I regularly reviewed and integrated requests of our investors, liaised with local authorities, ensured that our projects are in line with the local regulations and policies; I also met with suppliers, coordinated activities with our counterparts (engineers, marketers, and financial advisors). Apart from this, I visited construction sites and discussed the development of the projects with the builders. I also had the opportunity to acquire managerial skills working as a team leader (Chief Architect) for the last three years.
Let me briefly list some of my achievements that could illustrate my acquired skills:
- I have completed 13 big projects (all official stages); five of them (including two churches) have been built.
- Being part of a team, I have developed design of five projects, ensured their implementation and further audit.
- I have conducted audit and optimization of 16 construction projects.
- I have developed 84 architectural concepts.
Finally, I have completed various trainings on architectural software, and through practice acquired proficiency in Revit, ArchiCad, AutoCad, 3D MAX+VRay, Photoshop, and Microsoft Project.
