During delivery of the design process solutions were estimated gradually and determined the most optimal, taking into account the requirements of a modern shopping center, building regulations and site conditions, allocated for development. A full range of design work from concept to construction supervision was completed. As a result, thanks to a more rational design decisions, as well as the elimination of excesses and miscalculations significantly reduced the budget of the construction.
