Built in 1952 by Berkeley architect Roger Lee, this home captures the spirit of indoor-outdoor living. We are excited to work with our clients to carefully restore the structural and aesthetic integrity of the home. Within these parameters, an addition was nestled into the hillside above the existing roofline in a way that preserves the warmth and transparency of Roger Lee’s original design.
