Krzysztof Koryzno Architekt was founded in 2009.

Our main business profile is architectural design. We provide services for individuals, public institutions and private companies. The range of buildings undertaken includes community and visitor facilities, industry buildings, buildings for schools and universities, hotels, housing and private houses.

As part of design services we perform:

• Architectural design of buildings with land development projects
• Energy certificates of buildings
• Analysis of existing buildings for the possibility of their expansion, modernization and insulation
• Energy analysis
• Interior design projects

We also provide all documents and consultations on all stages of project development, required to obtain the necessary building permits.

One of our most important objectives is the promotion and implementation of low-energy buildings. The design process we employ is based on a holistic approach, that integrates aesthetics, structural concept, building technical systems, functionality and microclimate control in one coherent spatial solution. Form follows energy flow.

We understand bioarchitecture as a multi-threaded and multi-disciplinary look at the building and its relationship with the environment. The spatial form of the building corresponds with a energy code stored in the surroundings. Finding this code through the design process gives answers to building form, selection of technology solutions and defining the logic of the building.

We emphasize the use of renewable energy sources and natural energy processes occurring in the building and its surroundings. Our design method that uses sophisticated engineering software allows for programming and designing optimal energy balance in the building and thus achieving its cheaper maintenance.
