This project was designed to help a couple, Michele and Dave, who had just bought a new home and needed design advise. A rough sketch of the first floor of the home was given and from there I used revit to create the first floor design from them. I was told that I had to create a functional and comfortable design that fit their modern liking. I was also told that they did not find need for a formal dining room and requested a family room instead.
