Concept: Connected communities, active lifestyles, clean environment

The Wellness Hub improves Minneapolis’ downtown livability, helps connect the city’s iconic cultural destinations, and redefines Downtown East as a holistic, health oriented district. The project provides new residential and commercial corridors anchored by a hotel and resort complex. Fresh markets, sports facilities, and community gardens form the new and revitalized zone.
