Sitting on a fast changing upper income suburban residential neighborhood Mirchandani residence was designed and crafted with pure form modern urban gesture. Its outstanding eye-catching simple modern outlook has eventually given a newer hi end interpretation for its context.

Within a small urban lot the house was designed to grasp the maximum volume and enhanced sense of space in winning the challenge of urban living. White color was used extensively in crating a unique spatial experience for dwellers in the interior as well as the neighborhood who enjoys the exterior.

Open plan form and constant double height spaces were placed not only to enhance the volume but also as a tropical green practice of encouraging upstream flow of warm air escape from the occupied living spaces of the house
