Sitting on a rolling hilly terrain by the side of Coldwater Canyon the new game house overlooks picturesque day and night scenery of dynamic Los Angeles.

The design intent was to create an energetic entertaining family oriented enclave with giving the best value to its remarkable location.  The project includes a gym, game room guest house facilities and guest entertainment facilities.
