Overlooking newly emerging suburban terrain but yet holding to the beauty and naturality of tropical countryside gesture Meezan house is nested in narrow gradually rising and expensive lot in the outer circle of busy commercial capital of Colombo.
Advantage of the rising terrain was used to create a welcoming ramped driveway towards the back end of the site where motor court was placed with direct access to service areas at the rear of the house. The house stretches and steps down along the site with articulated branching wings for living spaces with plenty of natural daylight and breeze across.
At the climax the living room rests in an elevated gesture overlooking the fast changing tropical suburban landscape across the blue water pool.
