LA Low Line

The LA Low Line was a proposal to redirect the efforts of the Los Angeles MTA.  By channeling more of it's attention into a recess oriented strategy rather than a work commute service, MTA could begin restructuring its image.

The LA Low Line proposes dropping the rail system into the Los Angeles River.  This allows the rails to play through, over, and under the bridges, making the rail system a spectacle worthy of tourism and recess riding.  The river itself can be outfitted with stops that have an infrastructural system prepared for use by temporary services such as farmer's markets, food trucks, and other social events.
