Freeway Living

A project that deals directly with the complexity of urban living and living in close quarters with heavy traffic.

The project is presented as an unfolded geometry.  It has small facing the freeway and large openings away from it.  The small openings allow the building some level of flagship at night as all light in each room will filter through a single portal, creating a much brighter light than other surrounding buildings.  By keeping this opening small, it also reduces heat penetration, noise pollution and freeway toxicity throughout the day.
