The dining building will transform the north campus of the Central Washington University. It will provide an opportunity to leave a lasting impact on students and visitors as they gather, dine, and collaborate in the new space. The project provides a large dining and gathering space, a coffee shop, a market, and a restaurant.

The building sits at the intersection of a main pedestrian path and a new plaza. The large storefronts on the south and west facades provide an opportunity to be seen and see along the busy corridor. The deep overhangs provide natural protection from the sun during the hottest months.
