Trace Lofts and Trace North are mixed-use residential buildings in the heart of Capitol Hill in Seattle. The project is a combination of a 100-unit new apartment building and 46 loft-style residences in the rehabilitated Trace Manufacturing building at the prominent corner of E. Madison Street and 12th Avenue. The new structure is designed to carefully integrate into the context of commercial and manufacturing buildings that provide the character of this very urban neighborhood.
