Completed in October of 2021, the Marquee Apartments faces Everett's growing downtown theater district, filling an empty mid-block site in the city. The facade is designed to complement the curved forms of the theater buildings and echo the sweep of box-seat balconies around an auditorium. Marquee has 77 apartments and a handsome central lobby. 75-plus parking stalls will be provided below the building on two levels.
