About this role:

An interdisciplinary design firm is looking for a passionate designer to join their NYC office. From hotels to residential towers and commercial spaces, this opportunity offers great variety of project typologies.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing projects through all phases of design and construction while working alongside the Project Manager
• Collaborative management with the project team, consultants, and contractors
• Review submittals and shop drawings during CA phase
• Work directly with clients to ensure satisfaction
• Research products and specifications
• Mentor junior staff

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience with all phases of design and construction
• Strong design, communication, and technical skills
• Revit proficiency is required
