We are seeking a talented and ambitious Junior Designer who is looking for professional growth throughout the entire design and construction processes. You will work closely with Project Architects with a strong emphasis in design and conceptual thinking. The ideal candidate will be excited about taking on new responsibilities in a fast-paced environment that is dedicated to helping you grow, both personally and professionally. 

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-4 years professional experience
• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Architecture / Interior Design preferred
• Outstanding conceptual skills and design talent
• Strong graphic and rendering skills across a variety of platforms.
• Familiarity in Vectorworks, Revit, or other BIM related platforms and workflows.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in the preparation of construction sets. 
• Knowledge of materials, construction processes, and methodologies.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and resourceful.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Interest in an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
