Brooklyn based Architecture and Interior Design firm is seeking an Assistant Construction Administrator.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of experience working on high end residential projects.  

- Attending regular OAC site meetings
- Surveying existing and as-built conditions for our work that is in construction.
- Revising and updating Construction Documents and developing SKs as required during the course of construction.
- Producing coordination drawings – plans, sections, elevations and details
- Assisting with construction progress documentation – field reports, photographs, organizing, storing and distribution.    
- Assisting with the selection of finishes and specifications.  Assembling Binders and collecting samples as needed for approvals.
- Assisting with the review and verification of Project Submittals.
- Assisting with tracking and reviewing of project financials.  Budgets, Applications for Payment, Change Orders and Lien Releases.


- 5+ years’ experience in Construction Administration 
- Bachelor of Architecture a plus
- Experience with residential projects in NYC
- Townhouse experience a plus
- Construction experience a plus
- Proficient in AutoCAD
- Possess an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously


Familiar with AUTOCAD, RHINO, CS Suite, MS Office
