Your Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and intelligent Account Manager to join our team.

As an Account Manager, your main focus will be to manage our existing projects and coordinate with clients. You will also be asked to push sales and track new business for the company as well as occasionally leading meetings/business pitches.  You will have a vast knowledge of the architecture/commercial real estate landscape, and of our company as a whole. Our primary capabilities to offer clients are 3D Rendering, CGI Animation, Virtual Reality, Software Development, Drone Photography, etc.

This position offers a great deal of flexibility, responsibility, and opportunity for the right candidate. We are a growing company and you will be a key member of our team as an Account Manager.

Nova Concepts is an established brand in NYC visualization with a core base of clients. You will help us continue to push our brand as we expand to other regions across the U.S. There are many areas where you will be challenged in your abilities, but most importantly your thirst for knowledge in what we do and who our target industry is.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing current projects while effectively communicating with clients

  • Push overall lead generation/sales campaign

  • Adopt our sales pipeline and build new strategies

  • Provide accurate forecasts to the sales organization and executive management

  • Establish and manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly quota for incoming revenue

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 1+ year’s experience in account management

  • Creative thinker

  • Advanced problem resolution skills and communication abilities

  • Excellent word processing and spreadsheet skills

  • Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and match them with appropriate services we offer

  • Experience in real estate is not required but a plus
