Responsibilities:

Day to day tasks including data entry, accounts payable/accounts receivable functions, cash flow, job costing, preparation of financial statements, bank reconciliations, filing, organization and various office tasks and some errands outside office.

Assisting Managing Director and Principal


Qualifications:

- 2+ years’ experience in bookkeeping and office assistance
- Bookkeeping experience required
- Familiarity with QuickBooks required 
- Some experience with Mac computers and software required
- Professional, self-motivated, detail oriented, organized and punctual
- High level of computer literacy required
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience at architecture or interior design firm not required but preferred
- Knowledge of AutoCad and Adobe Creative Suite not required but preferred

This is a part time job. Looking for 2 - 3 days a week to start, potential to expand position.
$20/hr+, depending on experience.
