Leeser Architecture is seeking a Project Manager/Architect with 10-15 years of experience for full-time employment leading projects in the US and abroad.  Candidates with extensive experience on large scale projects in New York City will be given preference.   

Candidate will be able to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:

- Managing all phases of medium to large scale projects
- Extensive Project Architect experience
- Ability to assume all of the responsibilities associated with directing a project including client-architect-consultant communication, contract negotiations, client invoicing, staffing, project budget development and adherence to the various building codes. 
- Ability to aid marketing and business development efforts

Experience as an architect in all aspects of building design, systems coordination and all phases of drawing documentation is a must.  Licensure and LEED accreditation is strongly preferred.  Candidate should have strong written, spoken and graphic communication skills. 

Proficiency is required in the following areas: AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.  Experience with Revit is advantageous.  Candidates must also have a working knowledge of modeling software including 3DSMAX and Rhino.
