MADE is currently seeking a Construction Administration Assistant with 3-5 years of experience to join our contracting team. Primary responsibilities will include assisting the construction management staff in all aspects of daily jobsite administration including purchasing, tool inventory checks and site deliveries.  Additionally, the Construction Administration Assistant will assist our Director of Construction on all aspects of subcontractor relations and project financial management.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a meticulous attention to detail and be a good communicator with the desire to work in teams with multiple designers and builders.  Skills required include expertise in Microsoft Office suite, Google Docs/Sheets and Adobe suite. Experience in construction administration or at a design-build firm is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver’s license and experience driving in New York City.
