Cementos Melón required a complete remodeling and restructuring of its corporate offices in Titanium Building. It worked in depth with the management team, studying the organizational chart, organizational structure, interactions between areas, expected growth and positions person by person. The project was developed in 3 stages of 60 days each, in which interventions were carried out by zones and regrouping people in areas to be able to continue with their functions. The result was highly valued by all the staff, who saw achievements in the quality of individual spaces to work, as well as in areas of interaction, meeting, cafeterias, wet areas and recreation areas.  (26.500 sqf)
