The project consisted of a three level building with an area of approximately 18,750 square feet distributed in offices, space for educational purposes, and rooms for rent. The facilities accommodate 50 parking spaces and the main level features: a commercial area, warehouse, classrooms, restrooms, area to repair computers, and main lobby. Integra’s services consisted of full A/E designs, permit procurement, construction observation and management of the design-build services.
