This project is a collaboration between Ignition Architecture and MVE Associated Architects. As Associate Architect, Ignition designed the portions of the facade for Block 5 shown here. Additionally, we prepared and presented the entitlements packages for approval by the Mission Bay CAC as well as the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency for both Block 5 and Block 11.

Our involvement with the project included peer review of the design of both blocks, design collaboration, production of the deliverables for the OCII submittals, and presentations at local meetings. Beyond the entitlements process, our role included continued design assistance through design development, development of basic exterior details, and peer review of construction documents.
