"Channel" Mixed-Use, Mission Bay Block 2

This project, which was completed in 2014, is a collaboration between Ignition Architecture and Ankrom Moisan Associated Architects. In addition to being the Associate Architect for the overall design of the building, Ignition prepared and presented the design for approval by the Mission Bay CAC as well as the OCII.

Our involvement with the project included design collaboration, production of the deliverables for the OCII submittals, and presentations at local meetings. Beyond the entitlements process, our role included design, peer review, detailing of exterior elements, coordination with the Landscape Architect, and detailing of the interior design at all public spaces and amenities.
