This residence in La Luz, New Mexico, required a large addition to an existing ranch.  To take advantage of the amazing views of the White Sands National Park in the distance, the client desired a two story addition with balconies.  The addition includes a large family room, game room, 2 small bedrooms, a large master bedroom with en suite and an additional 1-1/2 baths.  I was responsible for the interior and exterior design and layout.  I completed the construction set, site measurements and structural drawings.  All drawings were completed in AutoCad.
