This property in Dobbs Ferry, New York, was new construction using a partial existing foudnation.  The plan of the living room was angled to get the best views of the Hudson River.  To connect the two plans, a breezeway was added.  All interior and exterior design and layout was completed by the principal.  I completed the construction set and site measurements.  All drawings were completed in AutoCad.
