This property in Irvington, NY required a renovation to the dining room, kitchen, pantry, pool house and carriage house.  To connect these spaces, a living room, 2nd story apartment, mudroom and breezeway were added.  All interior and exterior design and layout was completed by the principal.  I was responsible for completing the construction set, site measurements, and project management.  All drawings were completed in AutoCad.
