The warehouse is located near the existing warehouse, that way forming the composition of two buildings. Such situation also defined the façade solution. The building is located in area with a very low load bearing capacity of soil, therefore the foundation slab is designed with complicated pillow structure below the slab to increase the bearing capacity of soil.
