The building volume contains from three functional blocks – a factory, retail warehouse and the office.  The office part is architecturally highlighted as a composition of white glass panels with various transparencies and its projection on a dark color steel panel wall with the similar play of various colors. In a territory layout there are functionally separated the delivery zone, client`s zone and the staff zone. The main entrance is located in front of the main street. The spatial composition of the office building is based on the location of various functional zones around the internal winter garden through three floors of the building. The total area of the building is 31 317m2.
