This private residence underwent a series of renovations and additions over the course of ten years. Though the house changed ownership three times, the original architect was re-hired for each subsequent modification. When drawing specifications for a renovation of this quality, one must pay very close attention to the existing conditions so there is no distinction between the modified and original buildings.
This particular renovation involved converting an existing garage and storage shed into a connected wing of the house. Once completed, this will effectively double the number of rooms in the home.
