Iconic Handrolls is a small tamaki sushi restaurant on the Lower East Side of Manhattan that openend in July of 2012. Iconic was founded by an NYU student with intentions to franchise. This location is the model restaurant. We remained sensitive to the bold branding, logo, and concept by taking care to incorporate architectural elements that complemented the marketing strategy.

I was responsible for all phases of the project through construction administration.
