This project involved the combination of two apartments in the landmarked London Terrace Coop in Chelsea. The primary challenge was to organize the layout so that the flow of spaces was natural. Historic detailing was balanced with more modern interventions.

Kitchen cabinetry is by Henrybuilt and made of American black walnut and gray laminate. Original paneled doors and steel door casings were restored. Arched openings were built to recreate the character of the existing apartments.
