Bend and Bloom Yoga Studio occupies a former fire station on a residential block in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The space was extremely narrow with a small storefront, so the greatest challenge was to bring natural light in as far as possible. Interior windows were added to the front spaces and a skylight was added to the rear space. 

The flooring and millwork are made from sustainably sourced bamboo. Brick walls were exposed and cove lighting was installed to highlight the texture of the masonry.
