I had a drink they make at the Inn of Rancho de Chimayo in New Mexico.
The Chimayó cocktail was created by Arturo Jaramillo, owner of the Rancho de Chimayó in 1965. The Chimayó Cocktail is created by mixing 1½ oz tequila with 1 oz unfiltered apple cider, 1/4 oz fresh lemon juice and 1/4 oz creme de cassis over ice. Rim the glass with bar sugar & serve with an apple wedge.

I worked at a beer bar back in my DC days that had 50 rotating taps and >500 unique bottles, and with that nearly infinite choice I still wrapped up most shifts with an extra tall pour of Two Hearted. You almost never see it out here in the PNW. I miss it.
