you are never really going to find one end all book on any program.
I suggest the actar book on the seattle public library
and also check out Wiel Aret's library in utrecht i believe its a university library. there is a book on it called: living library i think? its red i cant remember the title as i do not have it in front of me but the book sets up nicely a few case studies the office did. also check out ito's mediatheque(sp?)
