to the archinect powers - i've followed the many layoff threads for some time now and one thing you could easily do is to start a new poll for capturing some accuracy in unemployment numbers. there doesn't seem to be reliable data that represents the major flavors of archinecter experiences. it could be simple: city or region/currently employed-laid off-recently hired/if layoff or hired, mo-yr of layoff or hire/firm-size/position description or years experienced/licensed or not. and then some basic bar chart metrics. i think it would be more useful than any disservice out of the AIA.
