Looking for a commercial lease proposal template or something similar to. Found a really great space and would like to present the proposal in a very professional manner. Searched the web and found nothing but pay for template sites.
Wouldn't the landlord present you w/ a lease, not the other way around?
Talk to your local R.E. board or other professional group. They'll likely have a standard commercial lease (not too different in principal to how many arch's use the AIA doc's).
I think that there tend to be regional standards to comply w/ local city/state laws. So a lease from NYC may be quite different than one from SF, and I'd be wary of templates that are from other locales if I were you.
