Recently i have been scoping out our local competition as well as the portfolios of some of the faculty of my Alma mater. Most, if not all, act as GC or CM on their projects.
i started my little shin dig back in 1999..... but never really made it big due to the lack of work in detroit and the 'traditional' mind of folks around here
