Dutch CAO + possible profit share ..... what does that mean?
CAO = Collectieve Arbeids Overeenkomst which translates to Collective Work Agreement. It's a set of rules for wages, working hours, pensions etc. Although not compulsory, most Dutch employers apply the CAO. "Profit share" speaks for itself.
