Oh man, totally true. The only thing missing is if the restaurant guy said something like "Yeah, I know I ordered it, but then when I ate it, I didn't like it. So I'm just not gonna pay for that one. It didn't taste like what I thought it would."

Up front payment...always a good idea.

My friend did some house addition drawings for a guy who didn't pay for quite a while, so finally my friend called him...

The guy said, "Oh, yeah, hi -- yeah, well ya know we never acutally built that addition, so that's why we haven't paid..."
