if one of the project manager hates me and he's trying to give me a hard time whenever he can. he's issues with the other manager and categoried me as "not in his group".
the other manager is fond of me but couldn't give me much work since project is drying out.
will i be the first one to go if things get worse? the one project manager is a horrible person.

I know im not helping much, but, taking things personally will put you down,,, i would stay positive and word as hard as you can and you'll stay on for as long as physically possible, do not worry. and remember, do not take things personally, they almost never are.
