New Blood Next Generation

Dmoreno

A group of students and I are currently designing a 2-story house in Sangre Grande, Trinidad. We are currently in our last semester of architecture school in New York City. As far as writing up a contract and going about this the legal way, are there are any good references that could be suggested in regards to writing contracts?

you have been designing without a contract?

either continue the handshake (not recommended) or look into aia b155 for small projects.
who is the client? who are you? what is the client asking? what are you providing? what is the budget? how much you are charging and how you want to get paid?
in a nut shell...

consider these below:
what are your liabilities? what are the risks?

The AIA has it covered if you have the money.

Is this question being asked of the old blood, last generation?

Could it be they have something to teach the new/next?
