Anyone know what the typical in-tract development costs are for a residential lot from 3000-7000 sf in Socal?
About 20 % less than it was last week! and I would guess no one's going to be building 7000 sf now either, just a guess.
Are the land improvement costs significantly different for say a 2500 sf stingle family detached house on a 3500 sf lot as opposed to a 7000 sf lot? I know for commercial it is driven generally by leasable sf but for residential does it work equally?
